[September 2022, Wallmapu] News from the Mapuche struggle against the Chilean State
Here’s a collection of different actions claimed by radical Mapuche groups in Wallmapu, against the Chilean state in the month of September 2022. Some of these actions were collected from mainstream media. For each, we will try to provide a link/picture to the actual claim/pamphlet and a translation of it.
September 4, Arauco: On day 21 of the hunger strike of Mapuche political prisoner Victor Llanquileo Pilquimán for his transfer to the CET of Cañete, he stopped his dry strike after his health started deteriorating but is continuing his liquid strike
September 4, Hualqui: in solidarity with Mapuche political prisoner Víctor Llanquileo on hunger strike and against extractivist projects, Resistencia Urbana Autónoma [Autonomous Urban Resistance] sabotaged 3 high-voltage towers, destroying 1 and damaging 2. A canvas left on site reads:
To activate sabotage against extractivist projects in the territory. Whoever forgets the prisoners, forgets the struggle. Freedom to Víctor Llanquileo and to all the Mapuche, Anarchist, subversive & of the revolt prisoners

Explosive Attack Topples High Tension Tower in BioBio, Chile
September 5: Mapuche political prisoners are on hunger strike: Víctor Llanquileo for 22 days, Yerko Maril for 13 days, Esteban Carrera for 13 days.
September 6, Lumaco: unknown armed individuals beat up the driver of a forestry truck then burned down the truck after getting him out of it (unclaimed)
September 9, Padre las Casas: to demand the freedom of CAM (Coordinadora Arauco Malleco) Mapuche political prisoners Ricardo Delgado, Ernesto Llaitul, Esteban Henrriquez, Luis Collonao, Daniel Canio, Hector Llaitul and Luis Vazques Tramolao, the CAM torched 3 trucks 1 excavator 1 manor house & warehouses & more equipment while using road blockades to slow down cops.
September 9, La Araucanía: 6 unknown armed individuals torched 2 forestry trucks then successfully fled (unclaimed)
September 17, Carampangue: in the midst of the constitutional state of exception, unknown individuals torched 8 machines of an aggregates & asphalting company, 2 motor graders 2 front loaders, 1 excavator 1 milling machine 1 bulldozer 1 paver (unclaimed)
September 20, Collipulli: unknown individual set fire to 2 containers used by forestry workers on an estate of forestry company mininco (unclaimed)
September 27, between Purén & Lumaco: on the same day the state of exception (militarization) of Wallmapu was extended, armed individuals torched 2 forestry trucks (unclaimed)
September 28, Paillaco: Mapuche communities & the Chilterra Workers Union started the recovery of a territory usurped by dairy & agricultural company Chilterra, as a productive occupation to collectively produce & sell products at fair prices. Communique in Spanish on Radio Kurruf.
September 30, Los Sauces: weychafe of the ORT Pelontraro of the Coordinadora Arauco Malleco (CAM) sabotaged a forestry company by torching & destroying 1 skidder & 3 forestry trucks.
